EarthRise at IONS

The first EarthRise Residency Program, Omnibus 1, is completing its three-week run as a resounding success story. The participants, each one an inspiration, have been contributing daily to the Earthrise/IONS community with their expertise, vitality, hands-on endeavors, and synergistic philosophies.

Frank Phoenix

, Chapel Hill, NC, Philanthropist-in-Residence, brought conversation about the emerging worldview of connection and interdependence into the philanthropic community. Caroline Gordon, Los Gatos, CA, Artist-in-Residence, expressed the convergence of science and spirit by capturing inner vibrational energies in words and paint. Meg O'Shaughnessy, San Francisco, Raw/Vegan/Solar Cuisine Artist-in-Residence, practices and facilitated compassionate, coherent communication, as well as creating vibrant, healthy food. Lisa Reagan, Toano, VA, Writer-in-Residence, is incorporating IONS' research into her book surveying fifteen years of nonprofit activism and insights into the conscious family living movement. During their stay, all helped enliven and nourish our garden.

We have delighted in the joy and enthusiasm these four have shared, learned from their interchange of ideas and collaboration, and have no doubt they will continue their connections, good works, and contributions.
